We are the “data controller” under the AVG (GDPR).
What data do we collect? Only what is absolutely necessary:

How long do we retain your data?
- Invoices & orders → 7 years (Dutch Tax and Customs Administration)
- Customer service interactions → max. 3 years
- Newsletter → until you unsubscribe
- Account → until you delete it
Cookies Yes, we use cookies – but only essential, appropriate ones:
- Necessary (shopping cart, login)
- Analytical (Google Analytics – fully anonymized)

Security – we take this extremely seriously

- Payments via PCI-DSS-certified partner Mollie
- Passwords are encrypted
- Access restricted to only a small number of employees
- Regular backups and security updates
Do we share your data? Only when absolutely necessary:
- Shipping partners (PostNL/DHL/DPD) → only name and address
- Payment partner Mollie
- Hosting & IT (Shopify – within the EU)
- Accountant & Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. Never sold, never shared outside the EU without proper agreements.
Your Rights – You Are in Control You always have the right to:

- Erasure
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Objection (especially to marketing communications)
- Withdrawal of consent
