Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
At MX Pro Store, we do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. We understand that there may be reasons to cancel an order. This policy explains how to request a cancellation and the terms and conditions that apply.
2. Cancel before shipment
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed and shipped.

If the order has not yet been shipped, the paid amount will be fully refunded within 14 working days.
3. Cancellation after shipment
Has your order already been shipped? Cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you can exercise your right of withdrawal as described in our returns policy. This means you can return the package within 30 days of receipt, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.
4. Exceptions
Some products cannot be canceled or returned unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:

Products that have been ordered or custom-made especially for you

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken include:

Helmets and visors

Protective equipment such as body protectors, knee pads, braces and protective clothing

Underwear and thermal clothing

Personal care and maintenance products that have already been used or whose seal has been broken (e.g. cleaning agents, lubricants)
5. Refunds
If a cancellation is processed on time or a return is received correctly, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method you used. This will happen within 14 business days.
