Payment Policy – Safe, simple, and plenty of choice At MXProStoreParts (trade name of MultiCommerce Solutions B.V., KvK 95897860, VAT NL867380445B01), you can pay however you like. Everything is handled via certified partners and is 100% secure.

Accepted Payment Methods You can pay with:

  • Bancontact
  • Klarna (Pay Later)
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • SEPA Bank Transfer (upon request)

All payments are processed by our official partner Mollie – PCI-DSS certified.

Currency All prices are in Euro (€) – no hassle with exchange rates.

Prices & VAT All prices on mxprostoreparts.com include 21% VAT.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free for orders over €75 to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany
  • Under €75: €5.95 shipping costs (NL/BE/DE)
  • Rest of Europe: €10 per shipment (free for orders over €150)

When will my order be shipped?

  • Immediately after successful payment (except for Klarna Pay Later)
  • Ordered before 3:00 PM on business days → shipped the same day
  • You will always receive an order confirmation via email immediately

Security – We take this dead serious

  • Payment via secure SSL connection (https)
  • We never store full payment details
  • Mollie is fully PCI-DSS certified
  • No risk of skimming or fraud

Fraud Prevention To protect you and ourselves, we may occasionally perform extra verification (for example, a phone call or email). This only happens in suspicious situations – we will always inform you directly.

Pay Later with Klarna

  • Receive your package first, pay within 30 days
  • Klarna performs a quick credit check
  • Their terms and conditions apply (we have no influence over this)

Failed payment? Don't panic:

  • You will receive an email immediately
  • Log in again and try a different payment method
  • Or contact us – we are happy to help

Refunds

  • In case of cancellation or return: always refunded to the original payment method
  • Within 14 days after cancellation or receipt of the return
  • Including any original shipping costs

Problems with a payment or refund? Please contact us first – we will always find a solution. Do not start a chargeback without speaking to us first; that only makes the process more complicated.
