All payments are made via a secure SSL connection and are processed through certified payment providers (PCI-DSS compliant).

2. Currency

  • All payments are processed in [Euro (€)] .

  • For international transactions, your bank or card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

3. Payment timing

  • Payments must be received in full before an order is shipped (except for post-payment methods such as Klarna or Billink).

  • Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully authorized.

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email once the payment has been processed.

4. Taxes & additional costs

  • All prices on the website include VAT and exclude any shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

  • Import duties, local taxes, or additional bank charges may apply to international deliveries. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Payment security

  • All sensitive data is sent encrypted via SSL.

  • We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

  • Our payment partners are fully PCI-DSS certified.

6. Fraud and identity check

  • To prevent fraud, we may perform additional verification of payments or customer data.

  • If a payment cannot be authorized or verified, the order may be delayed or canceled.

  • In that case, we can contact you by email or telephone to confirm the payment.

7. Pre-authorization and reservations

  • With some payment methods, a temporary hold may be placed on your account before the final payment is processed.

  • These reservations will be released again by your bank or payment provider according to their policy.

8. Payment afterwards or in installments

  • When using Klarna or other deferred payment methods, the terms and conditions of the respective provider apply.

  • Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

9. Payment errors & failed transactions

  • If a payment fails or is declined, the order cannot be processed.

  • In that case, check your card details, balance or contact your bank.

  • You will immediately receive an email notification if the payment is not completed successfully.

10. Refunds & chargebacks

  • Refunds for returns or cancellations will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

  • If you have any issues with a payment or refund, always contact us first. Don't initiate a chargeback without contacting us; we resolve disputes fairly and as quickly as possible.

11. Payment disputes

  • Any payment disputes must be reported to us within 30 days of the transaction .

  • To do this, please send an email to info@mxprostoreparts.com or contact us by phone.

  • We investigate disputes carefully and handle them in good faith.

12. Payment method changes

  • You can change your payment method as long as the order has not yet been processed.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, the payment method cannot be changed. In that case, the return or refund procedure applies.
