    No, we are an online store specializing in motocross products. Pickup is possible, but only by appointment.

  • What is the delivery time of my order?

    We usually ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. If items are out of stock, we allow 14 days for delivery. You will receive a track & trace code once your package has been shipped.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Yes, but only by appointment. After placing your order, please contact us at info@mxprostore.nl to schedule a pickup time.

  • What payment methods do you offer?

    We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal and post-payment via Klarna, among others.

  • How can I return my order?

    You can return your order within 14 days. Email us at info@mxprostore.nl and we'll send you return instructions.

  • Can I exchange an item?

    Yes, you can exchange an item within 14 days, provided the desired product is in stock. Please contact us for this.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    For orders under €100, we charge €4.95 in shipping costs. Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge.

  • What should I do if my order is damaged?

    Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Send an email with photos of the damage to
