Payment Policy – Secure, simple, and plenty of choices At MXProStoreParts (trading name of MultiCommerce Solutions B.V., KvK 95897860, VAT NL867380445B01) you can pay however you want. All processing is handled through certified partners and is 100% secure.

Accepted payment methods We accept the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL
  • Bancontact
  • Klarna (pay later)
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • SEPA Bank Transfer (on request)

All payments are processed by our official partner Mollie – PCI-DSS certified.

Currency Everything in euro (€) – no hassle with exchange rates.

Prices & VAT All prices on mxprostoreparts.com are including 21% VAT. 

Shipping costs:

  • Free on orders over €75 to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany
  • Under €75: €5,95 shipping costs (NL/BE/DE)
  • Rest of Europe: €10 per shipment (free for orders over €150)

When will my order be shipped?

  • Immediately after successful payment (except for Klarna Pay Later)
  • Ordered before 15:00 on workdays → shipped the same day
  • You will always receive an order confirmation via email right away.

Safety – we take this extremely seriously

  • Payment via a secure SSL connection (https)
  • We strike 1 never full payment details enabled
  • Mollie is fully PCI-DSS certified
  • No risk of skimming or fraud

Fraud Check To protect both you and us, we may occasionally carry out additional verification (for example, a phone call or email). This only happens in suspicious situations – you will always hear directly from us immediately.

Pay later with Klarna

  • You receive your package first, then pay within 30 days
  • Klarna runs a brief credit check
  • Their terms and conditions apply (we have no influence over this)

Failed payment? Don't panic:

  • You will receive an email right away
  • Log in again and try a different payment method
  • Or contact us – we will help you further

Refunds (refunds)

  • For cancellations or returns: refunds are always issued to the same payment method
  • Within 14 days after cancellation or receipt of your return
  • Including any applicable original shipping costs

Having issues with a payment or refund? Please contact us first—we will always resolve the issue for you. Do not file a chargeback without speaking to us first; that will only make the situation more complicated.
