For maximum effectiveness of Mxboost, use 10 grams of powder per 100ml of water. This applies to both flavors.
If you find the taste too strong, you can always try using a little less powder.
Good performance also applies with a smaller amount of powder

Always shake the drink well before use until all the powder has dissolved.
