Cancellation Policy

No stress, we make it easy! At MXProStoreParts (trading name of MultiCommerce Solutions B.V., KvK 95897860, VAT NL867380445B01) we know that plans change. That’s why we have a flexible, transparent cancellation policy fully aligned with Dutch/EU legislation (the right of withdrawal for distance sales).

1. Cancel before shipment = free of charge As long as your package hasn’t shipped yet, you can always cancel your order for free at no cost. This is covered by your right of withdrawal (you may cancel the agreement even before receiving your order, per the rules of the right of withdrawal).

We will process your cancellation immediately and refund the full amount (including any paid shipping costs) within 14 days to your original payment method. No questions asked, no hassle.

2. Canceling after shipment? Use our right of withdrawal Is your package already in transit or delivered? No problem! You can use our generous right of withdrawal:

  • 30 days cooling-off period after delivery (more than the statutory 14 days – this is our extra service)
  • Fixed return shipping costs: We charge a fixed contribution to cover return shipping of € 5,95 (NL, BE, DE) or € 10,00 (rest of the EU). This amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • Full refund (including original shipping costs) within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return

3. Exceptions (legally required) Some products are not eligible (or have limited eligibility) for the right of withdrawal/cancellation:

  • Products made specifically for you, custom-built, or clearly personalized (e.g. custom graphics kits, stickers with a name/number)
  • Hygiene products whose seal has been broken (e.g. underwear, helmet liners, worn neck braces, earplugs, mouthpieces)
  • Digital products or downloadable software (once delivered immediately to you)

This is always clearly stated on the product’s page.

4. Refunds For any valid cancellation or withdrawal, we will always refund:

  • The full purchase amount
  • Including original shipping costs (if you paid them)
  • Within 14 days after cancellation (if before shipment) or after we receive and inspect your return
  • To the same payment method you used to place your order
