Return and Cancellation Policy

  • You have 30 days to change your mind after receiving your order (more than the legally required 14 days – an extra service from us).
  • Return costs: equal to the original outbound shipping costs (€5,95 for NL/BE/DE | €10 for rest of EU). This is permitted under EU/Dutch law, provided it is clearly stated in advance.
  • Full refund (including original shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • No reason is required for returns, though exceptions apply (e.g., hygiene products, custom-made items).

Shipping Policy

  • We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and all other EU countries.
  • Free shipping on orders over €75 to NL/BE/DE (€5,95 for orders under €75).
  • Rest of EU: €10 per shipment (free for orders over €150).
  • Delivery time: 1-3 business days.

The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently discontinued as of July 20, 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). For out-of-court disputes, you can contact national ADR bodies (e.g., via Thuiswinkel.org or the Dutch Disputes Committee). We are willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure.

Applicable Law
Dutch law exclusively applies to all our agreements and this webshop. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Central Netherlands.
