By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing

  • All prices include 21% VAT.
  • Shipping:
    Free for orders over €75 to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany
    Under €75: €5,95 (NL/BE/DE)
    Rest of the EU: €10 per shipment (free for orders over €150)
  • What you see in your shopping cart is exactly what you pay (no hidden fees).

3. Our Offer

  • Our offer is non-binding.
  • Images and specifications may differ slightly (e.g., color variations due to screen displays).
  • We sell genuine (OEM) and high-quality aftermarket parts – this is always clearly stated on the product page.

4. Placing an Order

  • Minimum age: 18 years old.
  • A binding agreement is formed once we send you an order confirmation via email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders or request additional information (e.g., if we suspect fraud).

5. Payment
Via Shopify and Pay.nl: iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna (pay after delivery), credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

All payments are 100% secure and encrypted.

6. Delivery

  • We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the rest of the EU.
  • In stock → delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • Made-to-order products will arrive within a maximum of 14 days.
  • Track & trace is always included.
  • Shipping via PostNL, DHL, or DPD.

7. Cancellations
Cancel free of charge as long as your package has not yet been shipped → you will receive a refund within 14 days. After your package has shipped, you can use our right of withdrawal (see point 8 and our Return Policy).

8. Returns / Right of Withdrawal

  • 30-day cooling-off period: You have a 30-day cooling-off period after receiving your order (longer than the legally required 14 days).
  • Return costs: We charge a fixed contribution for return shipments of € 5,95 (NL, BE, DE) or € 10,00 (rest of the EU). This amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds: You will receive a full refund of your purchase amount within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting your return. For full returns, we will also refund the original outbound shipping costs.
  • No reason required: You may return your order for any reason, no explanation required.
  • See our full return policy for all details, steps, and exceptions (e.g., hygiene products, custom-made items).

    9. Warranty

    • Statutory warranty: the product must perform as you can reasonably expect (minimum 2-year warranty).
    • Defective product? We offer free repair, replacement, or refund.
    • Any additional manufacturer's warranty is clearly stated on the product page.

    10. Complaints

    Email or message us – we will respond within 1 business day, and resolve your issue within 5 business days where possible.

    11. Liability

    • Our liability is limited to the total order amount.
    • We accept no liability for indirect damages, or improper use/installation of products.

    12. Force Majeure

    In the event of strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be extended – we will keep you updated.

    13. Intellectual Property

    All content on this site is owned by us or our suppliers. You may not copy or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

    14. Privacy

    Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

    15. Governing Law

    Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Central Netherlands.

    16. Amendments

    We reserve the right to amend these terms. The version active at the time you placed your order remains applicable to your purchase.
